Booking and Payment
Today, you have the opportunity to book a kickoff date for your chosen service while making a payment for the first month only.
This process is similar to booking a hotel room where you pay in advance to secure your reservation.
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel before your scheduled kickoff date, you'll be entitled to a full refund.
During your kickoff call, you will meet 1-on-1 with your dedicated account manager who will get you up and running.
You receive dates and milestones for the first 30 days of your service to help you plan accordingly.
No additional payment is due at this time.
Following your kickoff call, we will determine the start date for your recurring service, which typically takes place approximately 30 days after your kickoff date.
Once the start date is finalized, we will proceed with your recurring services.
Before proceeding, you will receive your terms of service to continue.
You will schedule your kickoff call on the next page after your payment has processed.
The "fine" print...
You are making a payment for your first month of service. This payment serves as a deposit and will not activate the recurring service until you have had a 1-on-1 conversation with a team member and your work has been confirmed.
Essentially, this payment is applied to your project, specifically covering the first month of service.
It is important to note that this payment is refundable if you choose not to proceed prior to your kickoff date.
Please note that this payment does not constitute an agreement for future work or any predetermined length of term. These details will be discussed one-on-one during your kickoff and onboarding process, where you will have the option to choose between month-to-month, quarterly, or yearly terms.
